Kelsey-Seybold Clinic – Memorial Villages

  • 100% leased to Kelsey-Seybold, a large multispecialty group w/ over 26 locations in the Houston MSA
  • Owned, developed and leased by Saber Street in partnership w/ CBK Interests, Inc.
  • Designed by Kirksey Architecture and under construction by Tellepsen
  • Prominent core location at the corner of I-10 and Campbell Road in the heart of Spring Valley Village
  • Saber Street and CBK Interests Inc. delivered the certificate of occupancy for the entire building and its interiors in January 2023
  • Kelsey-Seybold Clinic opened its clinic and ancillary services for business on the 1st-4th floors on August 8, 2022
  • The 5th floor ambulatory surgery center received state licensure allowing it to open for business on January 25, 2023
