Midland Medical Plaza is a planned two-story, ±30,525-rentable square foot medical office building that will be constructed in northwest Midland, across from the Bush Tennis Center. The Project is approximately 65% pre-leased to tenants offering various medical specialties. Completion is expected in the second quarter of 2021.
CBRE secured construction financing of 70% loan-to-cost at a highly competitive interest rate with only a completion guarantee required.
